Xmas Dinner 2025

Greetings and salutations! We are excited to again offer holiday meals this Christmas Season. This Dinner is aimed to feed 4 to 6 people (if you need to feed more, feel free to add multiple dinners) with the intent to be taken home and easily cooked/reheated. If you are searching for a smaller meal, please revisit the events page and click the smaller dinner designed for 2 people located on the 23rd.

**Please note**, the boneless turkey roll comes raw, it just needs to be placed in a roasting pan and baked until you reach an internal of 165F. The rest of the meal is totally finished and just needs to heated and plated. Pickup is on Wednesday December 24th from 11am-2pm at our kitchen(4-515 Dupplin Rd.)

Small Xmas Dinner 2025

Greetings and salutations! We are excited to again offer  holiday meals this Christmas Season. This Dinner is designed to feed 2 people (if you need to feed more there is a larger dinner, find that one on our events page under the 24th). The intent of this meal package is to be taken home and easily reheated while still making a delicious home style meal.

Pickup is on Tuesday December 23rd from 2-5pm at our kitchen(4-515 Dupplin Rd.)

Sunday Dinner: Easter

Greetings and Salutations! We have once again circled the sun and arrived back at Easter, we are excited to get back into our Sunday Dinner series starting here. This meal is designed to be taken home and will be easy to cook/reheat giving you more time to spend with friends and family and less time prepping in the kitchen. Below you will find this year’s menu and take note the two sizes, one to accommodate larger gatherings along with a smaller package aimed to feed just two people. With the larger dinner, the chicken will just need to be baked on a roasting tray at 375 for approximately 40 minutes, all other components are ready to either just be plated or reheated.

Smoked Christmas Ham

Our hams are made from scratch using heritage pork from Stillmeadow farms, located in Metchosin BC. They are boneless, brined for a week in a savoury solution and then get double smoked on natural hickory. These hams are fully cooked and just need to be reheated gently, they are mild enough that you can add your own glaze near the end if you would like to but are also great just as is.

Sizing: Whole hams are approximately 6lbs and half hams are approximately 3lbs.

Pickup will be available from Dec. 21st to Dec. 24th.

Sunday Dinners: Fathers Day 2023

Greetings and salutations! For this Sunday Dinner we will focus on giving you a package geared towards having a great Father’s Day BBQ. Some of the items and menu will benefit and be geared to cooking on a grill, however it is definitely not a necessity. This Dinner is designed for 4-6 people with the intent to be taken home and easily cooked/reheated. If you need to feed more people feel free to add as many tickets as you need. Pickup is on Sunday, June 18th from 2pm-4pm at our kitchen(4-515 Dupplin Rd.). Due to the nature of these dinner packages, substitutions or allergen issues cannot usually be accommodated. Sunday Dinners: May 14th

Greetings and salutations! We have arrived at our next Sunday Dinner, which coincides on Mother’s Day! This to go meal is designed to be a solution to having a restaurant quality dinner that is easy to reheat and serve. Save yourself some time, save some cooking dishes, and most importantly help you to enjoy the other stuff around having dinner. Do note that the chicken is smoked on the day and comes hot from the smoker while the rest of the meal will be cold. The package should feed 2-3 and if you need to feed more people just add as many tickets as needed.  Pickup will be on May 14th from 2-4pm at 515 Dupplin Rd. Victoria.

Tickets will be on sale while quantities remain or until the evening of May 12th.

Feel free to call or message about any allergy questions or concerns, but  due to the nature of these dinners usually we aren’t able to make much adjustment.

Easter Ham Preorder

All of our hams are boneless, brined and then fully cooked over hickory smoke. These are made 100% in Haus and the pork is from Stillmeadow Farms in Metchosin. Pickup for Hams is from April 7th-9th during open hours. Half hams are approximately 3-4 lbs. Whole Hams are approximately 6-7lbs.

Greetings and salutations! This Dinner is designed for 3-4 people with the intent to be taken home and easily reheated. We are one of the very few, if not the only place that will not bring in commodity ribs, all ribs for this dinner have been saved over the last few months from the local sides of pork we bring in each week. The meal includes two racks of bbq pork ribs that will come hot out of the smoker while the rest of the sides will be in an easy to serve fashion. Pickup is on November 27th from 3pm-4pm at our kitchen(4-515 Dupplin Rd. Victoria). All components of this meal were made and assembled by a small team with a big passion for good food.
