The crowd pleaser. Very savoury and a great texture without being offensive to even the pickiest eaters.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Vancouver Island Heritage Pork, Gluten Free Oats, Milk, Dijon, Garlic, Onion, Parsley, Salt, Brown Sugar, Spices

Flavoured with our HAUS curry blend, coconut, raisins and cilantro. Mild and sweet.

Preserved lemon, fresh and dried herbs and of course a bunch of white wine!

Beef shoulder braised with chilies, bay leaf and vinegar. Pulled and packed with the reduced beef jus. Simply reheat and serve.
