Lemon Herb

Preserved lemon, fresh and dried herbs and of course a bunch of white wine!

Ingredients

Ingredients: Cowichan Valley Chicken, Preserved Lemon (Lemon, Salt, Sugar, Spices), Thyme, Sage, Garlic, White Wine, Salt, Brown Sugar, Spices

A mild and classic chicken chorizo that we have left uncased. This makes excellent tacos and is a great pasta sauce starter.

The crowd pleaser. Very savoury and a great texture without being offensive to even the pickiest eaters.

BC Beef leg that has been cured in our haus made kimchi paste before being hung and air dried. Umami forward with slight heat.
