Greetings and salutations! We have arrived at our next Sunday Dinner series, and we are excited to get back into these. This to go meal is designed to be a solution to having a high quality dinner that is easy to reheat and serve, save yourself some time, save dishes, enjoy the other stuff. Do note that the chicken is smoked on the day and comes hot from the smoker while the rest of the meal will be cold. The package should feed 2-3 and if you need to feed more people just add as many tickets as needed. The meal this year does not include our Smoked Ham, but if you are needing this instead or as well, you can find a separate preorder option on the events calendar, while supplies last. Pickup will be on April 9th from 1pm-4pm at 515 Dupplin Rd. Victoria.

All of our hams are boneless, brined and then fully cooked over hickory smoke. These are made 100% in Haus and the pork is from Stillmeadow Farms in Metchosin. Pickup for Hams is from April 7th-9th during open hours. Half hams are approximately 3-4 lbs. Whole Hams are approximately 6-7lbs.
Greetings and salutations! This Dinner is designed for 3-4 people with the intent to be taken home and easily reheated. We are one of the very few, if not the only place that will not bring in commodity ribs, all ribs for this dinner have been saved over the last few months from the local sides of pork we bring in each week. The meal includes two racks of bbq pork ribs that will come hot out of the smoker while the rest of the sides will be in an easy to serve fashion. Pickup is on November 27th from 3pm-4pm at our kitchen(4-515 Dupplin Rd. Victoria). All components of this meal were made and assembled by a small team with a big passion for good food. Our kitchen uses onion and garlic frequently, if you are allergic to those this will not be the dinner for you, we are sorry if that excludes you. Below you will find the menu.
