Date and Sea Cider
Cider soaked dates with pork and warm spices like allspice and nutmeg. This sausage is fully cooked and has been smoked on hickory. It is very versatile and can be used as a dinner sausage by reheating or it can be sliced as a cold cut and served beside some cheese.
