DESCRIPTION:All of our hams are boneless\, brined and then fully cooked over hickory smoke. These are made 100% in Haus and the pork is from Stillmeadow Farms in Metchosin. Pickup for Hams is from April 7th-9th during open hours. Half hams are approximately 3-4 lbs. Whole Hams are approximately 6-7lbs.
